What linkfor.us is

linkfor.us gives you a beautiful one-page website for life's biggest moments — weddings, graduations, baby showers, birthdays — at an address like linkfor.us/your-names. Pages include schedules, RSVPs, guest photo sharing, and more depending on your tier.

Your account

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — no password. You're responsible for keeping access to that email secure, and for anything done on pages under your account. One account per person; don't share your sign-in link.

Your content

You own everything you put on linkfor.us — your words, your photos, your guests' RSVPs to your events. You give us permission to host, display, and back up that content so the service works (that's the license that lets us show your page to your guests).

You're responsible for your content. That means:

• You have the rights to the photos and text you upload — especially photos of other people, including photos your guests upload to your page.
• Nothing illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• No spam, phishing, malware, or attempts to break the service.

If content on a page violates these terms or the law, we may remove the content or suspend the page, and we'll tell you why.

Pricing & payments

• Starter is free — publish a page, collect up to 20 RSVPs, forever.
• Celebration ($49) and Grand ($79) are one-time payments per page. Not subscriptions — you pay once, and the tier features are yours for the hosting period below.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD; any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• We may change prices for new purchases, but a tier you already bought stays as you bought it.

What we promise about the service

We work hard to keep linkfor.us fast and reliable. Paid pages include hosting for at least two years from your event date (or from purchase, if your page has no event date yet) — plenty of time to collect every RSVP and photo, and to revisit the memories after. Free Starter pages are hosted while your account is active; we may archive Starter pages that sit untouched for 12 months.

After the hosting period, we may archive the page — never delete it outright. We'll email you well beforehand, and you can renew hosting or export everything first. If we ever shut down the service entirely, paid customers get reasonable notice and a way to export their content.

No web service is perfect: we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may update or improve features over time.

Ending your use

You can delete your pages or close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, break the law, or abuse the service — for serious violations we may act first and explain after.

Disclaimers & liability

linkfor.us is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond what the law requires. To the maximum extent the law allows, ODDINKS LLC's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — like a ruined seating chart, however tragic.

Disputes

We'd rather sort things out directly — write to support@linkfor.us first. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ODDINKS LLC is organized, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes, we'll update the effective date and notify account holders by email. Continuing to use linkfor.us after changes take effect means you accept them.
