The college send-off
The college graduation party, on one page.
College parties are smaller and more intentional — family, the friends who were there, maybe a mentor or two. One page carries the ceremony-day logistics, the dinner-reservation headcount, and the advice-for-the-next-chapter guestbook, so the group chat stops being the invitation.

01
A curated guest list, not a crowd
College parties are intentional — the people who mattered, on one list, without a group chat. The page holds the whole celebration: who's invited, who's coming, and the dinner plan, all from your link instead of an algorithm's feed.
- Curated list — no group-chat invites
- RSVP without accounts, plus-ones counted
- Family, friends, and mentors on one page
02
Ceremony-day logistics, in one place
Family flies in, hotels book up, the stadium has a clear-bag policy and each grad gets four tickets. The schedule carries commencement and the party with real addresses and real notes — so nobody texts “where do we park?”
- Commencement + party on one schedule
- Travel notes for out-of-town family
- Rain-plan line so guests never guess
03
A real headcount for the dinner
A seated dinner for fourteen needs a real number, not vibes — and graduation weekend is the busiest dining weekend of the year in a college town. RSVPs arrive with meal prefs and plus-ones, so you walk into the restaurant knowing exactly who's coming.
- Meal prefs collected in the RSVP note
- Plus-ones counted, not guessed
- Numbers firm before you call the restaurant
04
“Where I'm going next” — the theme writes itself
A job, grad school, a new city. Build the party around the destination: the advice wall collects one piece of advice per guest for the move, the memory lane runs first-day-of-school to graduation, and gift links cover the apartment fund for the guests who ask.
- Advice wall — the keepsake guestbook for the next chapter
- Then-and-now memory lane
- Venmo / Cash App / Zelle in one row
“Fourteen people, one long table, everyone who mattered. The page had the ceremony parking, the dinner reservation, and the advice box — my parents stopped calling me for logistics.”
Every college grad, probably (not a real review — yet)

Everything else you're wondering
How is a college graduation party different from a high school one?+
Smaller and more intentional. The guest list is curated — close family, the friends who were part of the journey, maybe a professor or mentor — and the format is usually a seated dinner rather than an open house. The page is built for that: real RSVP numbers for the reservation, ceremony-day logistics, and notes for the people traveling in.
How far ahead should I send the page?+
Two months if family is traveling — people book flights before they RSVP. The link never changes, so send it early and update details as the plan firms up.
Who pays for the restaurant dinner?+
Put the plan in writing so nobody guesses. If you're hosting — you picked the place, you set the guest list — you're hosting the bill. If family just wants to join the grad's group going out after the ceremony, say so on the page and everyone pays their own way. Either way, the page carries the plan, not the group chat.
What about family flying in for commencement?+
Tickets, parking, clear-bag policies, the hotel block, the rain plan — put it all on the schedule. Your phone stops ringing the week of, and nobody gets turned away at the gate over a tote bag.
Do people bring gifts to a college graduation?+
Money is the norm — most grads are furnishing an apartment. The gift-links block holds Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle in one tidy row for the guests who ask, or your page can say “your presence is the present” and mean it.
Should the party be the same weekend as commencement?+
Graduation weekend is the busiest dining weekend of the year in a college town — hotels sell out and restaurants are packed. Many families do the dinner the night of and a quieter celebration the weekend after. The page handles either, and a changed date updates everywhere the link lives, at once.
Can far-away family be part of it?+
Yes — that's the part a paper invite can't do. A livestream line on the schedule, the then-and-now memory lane, and the advice wall mean grandparents three states away see the day unfold and leave a note the grad keeps.
Is there really no subscription?+
Really. You pay once, and your paid page includes hosting for at least two years from the party date. We email you long before anything ever changes, and we never delete your page outright.
